Crisis Counseling

Crisis Counseling gives you access to short-term, solution-focused support during a difficult time. Unlike Community Stabilization, which is provided in the home or community, Crisis Counseling sessions are offered as outpatient counseling appointments in a private and supportive setting. Our goal is to help you regain balance, strengthen coping skills, and create a clear plan for moving forward.

The purpose of Crisis Counseling is to provide immediate therapeutic support and help prevent:
-
Escalation of symptoms or stressors
-
Disruptions in daily functioning
-
The need for hospitalization or emergency services
-
Relapse of mental health or substance use concerns
-
Strained family or social relationships
